I recommend using DDU.

Note: DDU is a third-party application for completely uninstalling and reinstalling the sound driver.
- After downloading, extract DDU to a folder.
- Run the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe application, select the "Device Type" tab, and choose "Sound." Then, select "Realtek" as the device.
- Click the first option, "Clean and Restart," and wait for the process to complete.
- After running DDU and installing the driver:

Open the Command Prompt (as administrator) and run the following commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to complete and restart your computer.
Next, perform a clean boot and, if applicable, uninstall any applications you do not use.
