I have a Surface Labtop and I have a mechanical issue with my labtop. It is stopping me from retrieving my files. It is requiring me to have my 48 digit BIT LOCK key. Who can assist?

I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop. Recently my laptop was damaged and I need to retrieve my files. In my attempt to do so, I'm being prompted to provide my 48 digit Bit Lock key. I do not have this key. I do have the KEY ID for my laptop.
