My xbox.com login on one of my emails doesn't work, whenever I try to log in on any other website, xbox app or microsoft.com ect it all works fine and there is no issues with my account but when I try to login on xbox.com, the xbox logo pules 3 times then it says that I have signed out immediately and takes me straight back to the homepage, I have tried to do everything the AI chatbot has asked yet none of it helps and it just ends up going in a loop, I believe it is an authentication issue and the email in question holds all the settings for my account so I cannot change anything until this issue is resolved.

    Hi lucas wait,

Thank you for providing the details. Since the account can sign in successfully to Microsoft.com, the Xbox app, and other Microsoft services, the issue appears to be isolated to the Xbox.com web sign-in experience rather than the Microsoft account credentials themselves.

You may want to try the following quick checks:

    • Open Xbox.com in an InPrivate/Incognito window and attempt to sign in.
    • Clear cookies and cached site data specifically for Xbox.com and Microsoft sign-in pages.
    • Try a different browser or device to determine whether the behavior is browser-specific.
    • Temporarily disable browser extensions such as ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers and test again.
    • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in the browser, close the browser completely, then sign back in using only the affected account.

If the issue continues across multiple browsers and devices, especially since other Microsoft services authenticate normally, it may be helpful to contact Xbox Support for a deeper review of the account's Xbox web authentication status and profile synchronization.

I understand how frustrating this can be, particularly when the affected account contains settings that you need to access and manage. Hopefully, one of the steps above helps restore normal access, and if not, Xbox Support should be able to investigate further with account-specific diagnostics.
