DUNS number required in Xbox partner onboarding form for Moldova - solo developer without DUNS

Hi,

I'm a solo indie developer from Moldova. My game is already released on Steam and I'd like to bring it to Xbox through ID@Xbox.

In the Xbox partner onboarding form (developer.microsoft.com/games/partner/new), the DUNS Number field is required when Moldova is selected as the country, so I can't submit the form without it.

Microsoft's documentation says DUNS is optional and that other identification documents can be provided instead if you don't have one.

How should I proceed as a solo developer without a DUNS number? Is there a way to submit the form and provide ID documents later?
