Excel sheet is not printing with photo?

When I print an excel sheet that has a photo on it, it doesn't print the photo with the text.

    If the image was added as a sheet background, it will not print. In Excel, a sheet background is for display only and cannot be used as a printable watermark.

    To get the photo to print:

    If you haven't already, first, check whether the photo appears in Excel’s Print Preview.

    Go to "File" > "Print." If the photo is missing there, go back to the sheet, right-click the photo, then choose "Size and Properties" > "Properties" and make sure "Print object" is checked.

    If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does this happen with every photo or only this particular one?
    2. Does the photo appear in Print Preview before you print?
    3. Does the same issue happen in a new Excel workbook with a newly inserted photo?
