How to download Framework 3.5 on my laptop?

Hello

i cant seem to be able to download framework 3.5, it keeps on giving me error 0x8007007E and when i try to do it using appwiz it doesnt appear either, i have windoes 11 vers 25H2 and OS 26200... I havent been able to play any steam game and i dont trust AI to help me fix this in case i mess things up, please help me fix this asap! I also have problems installing updates, having catastrophical error (error 0x8000ffff)
