1st attempt MS called 2 hours after creating ticket/request but ended up making the Outlook problem worse and said someone would call me the next day. 6 days later no response. Can't Edit the service request so opened another request 2 days ago. No response to that one either.
- How do I get them to call me?
- Is there a live chat option I might try?
- Customer Service # 800-642-7676 is just endless loop of AI
