Bug/Issue with Microsoft Rewards displaying incorrect region.

Before I explain, I just want to quickly note I've never used an Australian Proxy, VPN, or anything of the sort, nor have I or any of my devices/accounts been to Australia.
I am fully Lithuanian, all my info is Lithuanian.

Recently, this issue appeared where it would sometimes think I'm currently in Australia, but would let me go back to Lithuanian products, this would happen on any device and network but I didn't take it into mind.

And as of now, it fully thinks I'm in Australia and it "reversed" where It thinks I'm in Lithuania but that my home country is Australia.

I have tried making multiple support requests on Rewards, all were met with automated replies addressing what I have already mentioned. I've even tried replying to the email with no luck.

I am unable to use the Microsoft Rewards service due to this bug, as I am met with:
"We apologize! Unfortunately, a problem occurred while processing your order, so we were forced to cancel it. Your points balance remains unchanged. If you would like us to look into this situation, please contact us via the link here. Sincerely, The Microsoft Rewards Team" (translated from Lithuanian to English)

I have tried multiple things such as but not limited to:
Clearing my history, cookies, site data. Re-logging into my account. Trying other devices and networks. Changing my account region.

I do hope I am met with assistance in place of an automated reply.
