Microsoft for Startups verification failed — Program Support option missing in Azure Preview

I am enrolled in the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience and have received the initial $200 Azure startup credits. My business verification failed with the message, “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

Microsoft’s documentation directs me to “Your Microsoft Team → Get program support,” but that section is completely absent from my startup Overview page. I also tried Azure Help + Support. It only routes me to billing-credit or sponsorship-conversion forms, neither of which applies to business verification. Could a Microsoft moderator please privately escalate my existing application to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification for manual review or reopening?
I can securely provide company registration, EIN, domain ownership, and verification documents when contacted privately.

The official Program Support documentation confirms business/domain verification is within that team’s scope, while recent cases show the same missing support entry in the Preview portal.

Business verification issues are handled by Microsoft for Startups Program Support. Program Support covers program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.

For the new Microsoft for Startups experience in Azure Portal, submit the request through Azure Portal:

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    2. Go to the startup homepage.
    3. In Overview, look for Your Microsoft Team.
    4. Select Get program support.

If the Your Microsoft Team section is missing, use the Azure Portal support path for Azure technical issues:

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
    2. Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Select Help + support.
    4. Select Create a support request.
    5. Complete the form and attach relevant screenshots or documents.

If unsure which team should handle the case, the documented guidance is:

    • Start with Microsoft for Startups Program Support for program or benefit questions.
    • Use Azure Support for service or billing issues.
    • Use Startup Technical Enablement for technical guidance and planning.

For profile or portal-related problems in the startup experience, the documented path is still to submit a support request from within the portal. Attach the verification failure message and supporting documents/screenshots with the request.
