Licenses in my Visual studio didn't renew

If MCT was renewed but the Visual Studio subscription benefits did not update, submit a ticket through the MCT support portal at https://aka.ms/NewMCTSupport.

Include these details in the ticket:

1. Full name and MCT ID
2. A detailed description of the issue
3. Any error messages or screenshots
4. The email address associated with the Visual Studio subscription account

Important checks before submitting:

• Sign in to the Subscriber Portal with the email address the subscription is assigned to. If the subscription is assigned through work or school, that is usually the correct sign-in.
• Check the subscription and expiration details in https://my.visualstudio.com/subscriptions.
• If the subscription is tied to a different assigned email address, sign in with that email address to see it.

For MCT membership itself, the expiration date is shown on the Microsoft Learn profile transcript in the Microsoft Certified Trainer history section.

Also note that some Visual Studio benefits vary by subscription type. For example, Microsoft 365 developer subscription eligibility includes selected NFR subscriptions such as MCT Software & Services Developer, while Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is listed as not available for NFR in that eligibility table. The specific set of benefits seen by other MCTs can therefore differ based on the exact subscription level and channel.
