A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
I'm sorry you're dealing with that.
If your Microsoft 365 account and OneDrive were provided by your employer, access to those services is controlled by the organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. However, there may still be recovery options available.
If the tenant still exists, or if it is currently in a recoverable (soft-deleted) state, a Global Administrator may be able to regain access to user accounts and OneDrive data. I would recommend contacting the former IT administrator and asking them to check whether the tenant is still within the recovery period.
In addition, deleted users' OneDrive data is retained for a period determined by the organization's retention settings. By default, deleted OneDrive accounts are retained for 30 days, although organizations can configure longer retention periods.
In summary, recovery options depend on the current status of the Microsoft 365 account, OneDrive, and tenant. Only an administrator from the organization, such as the former IT administrator or a Global Administrator, can confirm whether the account is still recoverable and what recovery actions are available.
