Bing Places only offers Mail verification, and Support form is not working

I am setting up a Bing Places for Business listing for BLPL Digital in India.

The only verification method available for the listing is postal mail. I live in a rural village where postal delivery can be inconsistent, so I would like to know whether Bing Places can provide an alternative verification method, such as phone, email, or manual verification.

I also tried contacting Bing Places Support, but the support form has a required "Relation to the business" dropdown that does not load. Because the field cannot be completed, I cannot submit the support request.

What is the correct way to contact Bing Places Support or request an alternative verification method in this situation?

    Thank you for reaching out, I understand your concern about the verification methods for your business listing on Bing Places for Business.

    Unfortunately, as a forum moderator we do not have any access nor tools directly to Bing Places to review, edit or update your business. We also cannot raise a support request on behalf of other users also. I also noticed that you have went to Bing Places for business Support but the option to proceed is greyed out. In this case, I would advise you to open another support request using another browser or use InPrivate/Incognito windows since on my environment, I can still proceed at the steps that you're stuck at:

    I believed this is just a minor loading/network error on your browser, please try the workaround and resubmit your Support Request. You can also try to access the website using another device also.
