old explorer without tabs option after windows 26H2 26300.9539 update (insider release preview)

after installing 26300.9539 updater from windows update in insider release preview of 26H2
my explorer became ugly and as far i know it is the old explorer with new UI not loading
so i miss tabs option
i did full reset of vivetools and other than that i don't have any program that can influence it it was all right till that update i did SFC /scannow (normal)
