Cannot activate Windows 11 Home after Motherboard change,CPU and Ram Change

Hello,

I recently changed my motherboard,RAM and CPU on my computer and ever since then, my windows 11 has been deactivated.

To add some backstory, this was originally a Windows 7 PC, but I did the free upgrade to Windows 10 and then 11.

Last time I changed out the components, my computer was fine, and I was able to activate Windows again, but this time I have tried everything, including different commands in CMD. I have typed in the Installation number into that "Microsoft Product Activation Portal!".

To no avail, as I was first told, "Unfortunately, we cannot complete the transaction as our records do not recognize this as a valid product," and now it's saying that it's unable to be validated.

The error message that I keep getting is 0xC004F211, and I know I changed my hardware. But when I click Troubleshoot, it says that there are no devices that can be used to reactivate the device.

It is deeply frustrating, and I have been in a "battle" with the chatbot that keeps redirecting me to the same places.

So I would appreciate some help.
