For an exam-day issue at the test center involving ID validation, the next step is to work through Pearson VUE support using the case already created. Community channels cannot reschedule the exam directly.

    What to do:

    1. Check whether the appointment can still be rescheduled from the Learn profile:
      • Sign in to the Learn profile.
      • Open Profile from the avatar menu.
      • Go to Credentials > Certifications.
      • Find the exam appointment and select Reschedule or Cancel if those options are still available.
      • This redirects to the exam delivery provider site.
    2. If the exam could not be taken at the test center and a case was already opened, contact Pearson VUE support and provide the existing case number. This is the support path used for issues when taking an exam.
    3. If the appointment is already missed and cannot be changed in the profile, the policy states that exam appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam or the fee is forfeited.
    4. If special accommodations were involved, rescheduling must be done through the same process used for the original appointment, by contacting the scheduling agent listed in the approval letter.
