Unable to schedule GitHub Copilot GH-300 exam – payment appears successful but appointment is never created

Hi,

I am trying to schedule the GitHub Copilot certification exam (GH-300) through Pearson VUE, but I am unable to complete the booking.

I have tried several times, and the same thing happens every time:

1. I select the GH-300 exam and proceed to payment.
2. I enter my credit/debit card details.
3. After submitting the payment, Pearson VUE shows a white/blank screen indicating that the payment was successful.
4. However, I do not receive a confirmation email.
5. No exam appointment is created or shown in my Pearson VUE account.
6. In my bank account, the payment initially appears as pending.
7. After approximately one day, the pending transaction disappears and the money is returned/released.

I have already repeated the process multiple times with the same result.

Could someone please help me understand what is causing this? Is there a known issue with GH-300 exam scheduling/payment through Pearson VUE, or could there be a problem with my Microsoft/Pearson VUE account?

I don't want to keep attempting the payment because each attempt temporarily authorizes the transaction but ultimately does not create an exam appointment.

Exam: GitHub Copilot Certification (GH-300) Country: Portugal Issue: Payment appears successful, but no appointment is created and the payment authorization is subsequently reversed.

Any guidance on how I can successfully schedule the exam would be greatly appreciated.
