Subject: Milestone 3 eligibility — 5 workloads sustained 95+ days, not triggered

I'm writing about Milestone 3 eligibility for subscription d561df77-0ac6-4a11-8a1c-88eb0db68cc7 (BEYOND SOFTWARE S.R.L.). We're still at Milestone 2 ($5,000 of $150,000 unlocked), but based on the published criteria I believe we should have qualified.

Since 7 June 2026 — over 95 consecutive days — we have had five Azure services billing every single day without interruption:

• Azure Container Apps (28 applications) — $840 to date
• Container Registry — $100
• Azure Database for PostgreSQL — $79
• Azure Cache for Redis — $70
• Azure Monitor — $5.16

Each is well above the $1 spend threshold, cumulatively and monthly. I can provide the daily cost export if useful.

Three questions:

1. How does the programme count workloads — per distinct billed Azure service, or per service category (compute / database / AI / application hosting)?
2. How many workloads does my account currently register, and which of the above are not counted?
3. Is progression fully automated, and can a manual eligibility review be requested?

The documentation and the Q&A forum give conflicting answers on the first point, and the Microsoft for Startups page in the Azure portal doesn't show milestone progress, so I have no way to check this myself.
