    Hello,

What is the exact error message the sender receives when they try to email your address?

You can try sending a test email from one of your accounts to the affected email address. If you receive any bounce-back error message, share the complete error message here.

Meanwhile, please check your e-mail forwarding rules.

    Email Forwarding Rules

If your incoming emails are forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward' and save the settings.

And check whether you have enough storage to send or receive emails.

    Check Account Storage

    In addition to this,

Make sure you have protected your Microsoft account with a Strong password and enabled two-factor authentication for added security.

    Security Settings Page

So, even if someone knows your password, they will not be able to sign in without the additional layer or security. That is the verification code from your recovery contact methods.

Since there was an unexpected sign-in and email stopped arriving, secure the account first, then check for mailbox changes that attackers commonly make.

    1. Run a full malware scan on the PC before changing anything else.
      • Open Windows Security.
      • Go to Virus and threat protection.
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
    2. Change the Microsoft account password, or reset it if sign-in fails.
      • After the scan, change the password to a strong one.
    3. Check recent sign-in activity.
      • Open the Recent activity page and review the sign-ins from the last 30 days.
      • Mark the Indonesia sign-in as not recognized if it was not legitimate.
    4. Check Outlook.com settings that may stop mail from reaching the Inbox.
      • In Outlook.com on the web, review Rules and remove anything unfamiliar.
      • Check Forwarding and remove any unknown forwarding destination.
      • Check connected accounts and automatic replies for anything unfamiliar.
    5. Review account security details.
      • Verify recovery methods and other security info are still correct.
      • Remove unrecognized trusted devices if present.
      • Turn on two-step verification.
    6. If the Outlook.com account is blocked because of unusual activity, use the Sign-in Helper to unblock it.
    7. If email still does not return, use the sign-in helper or Contact Microsoft Support. Support agents cannot send password reset links or directly change account details, but the tool can guide to the correct recovery path.
