    Hello,

    1. May I please confirm whether the DVD/CD drive is built into your laptop/PC or if you are using an external USB CD/DVD drive?
    2. Also, is the disc itself not working, or is the DVD/CD drive not appearing in File Explorer?

    Meanwhile,

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand the arrow next to DVD/CD-ROM Drives.
    • If you see the DVD/CD drive underneath, right-click the driver, select Uninstall device, select the 'Attempt to delete the driver software for this device' checkbox, and then click Uninstall.
    • Once uninstalled, restart your computer.

    Then, check whether the DVC/CD drive is working.
