Microsoft excel not responding and crashes when opening a workbook

i am using microsoft office 2024 LTSC pro, when opening a workbook the app always crash and close by itself, i was check windows even viewer and found an error like this :

when opening excel with safe mode it crashes immediately, when i am opening existing workbook or create a new one it also crashes, i have trying disable all add ins, quick repair, online repair, reinstalling the office and the result is same, the problem is still.

(open excel with normal mode)

(if i click "yes", its open and crash after few seconds)

(if i click "no", it will displaying main menu and not crashes)

(but if i open/create new workbook it crashes after few seconds)

- Type excel /safe
- Press Enter
- Confirm the title bar shows Microsoft Excel (Safe Mode)
If Excel opens in Safe Mode, disable add-ins

- Clear one add-in at a time, then select OK
