Hello Microsoft Team,

Our Microsoft for Startups business verification for Grism L.L.C., Oman, was unsuccessful. The portal only displays “We couldn’t verify your startup,” with no reason provided, and we received no email explaining the result.

Microsoft documentation instructs startups to use “Your Microsoft Team” → “Get program support” for verification and compliance issues. That section is not available in our Microsoft for Startups Preview page.

We also tried Azure Help + Support. Our subscription is on the Basic support plan, and the portal does not provide a route to Microsoft for Startups verification support.

Grism L.L.C. is a legally registered Oman company. We are a small company run by three partners and are developing our proprietary enterprise SaaS product, TalentIQ.

We are ready to provide privately: Commercial Registration certificate Tax registration documentation Proof of company domain ownership Business address documentation TalentIQ product information and screenshots Azure subscription/application identifiers

Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate our existing startup profile to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Business Verification for manual review, or provide the secure private route for submitting the verification documents?

Thank you.

For Microsoft for Startups verification and other program-specific issues, the supported route is Microsoft for Startups Program Support, not standard Azure Help + Support.

Use one of these portal paths, depending on the experience tied to the startup account:

    1. Azure Portal path
      • Sign in to the Azure portal.
      • Go to the startup homepage.
      • In Overview, find Your Microsoft Team.
      • Select Get program support.
    2. Microsoft for Startups Portal path
      • Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
      • Select the ? icon in the top-right corner.
      • Select Submit a Support Ticket.
      • Attach relevant documents or screenshots of the verification error.

If the account is on the newer Azure Portal experience, Azure technical issues can also be submitted through:

    • ? icon → Help + supportCreate a support request

For the reported scenario, the key distinction is:

    • Program Support handles program onboarding, Azure credit activation, benefit redemption, billing profile issues, entitlement corrections, and portal access problems.
    • Program Support does not handle Azure service outages, production debugging, architecture design, or performance tuning.

If Your Microsoft Team is missing, use the Microsoft for Startups Portal support ticket path above. Include screenshots of the missing section and the “We couldn’t verify your startup” message, plus the verification documents requested in the ticket attachment flow.

If unsure which team to contact, start with Microsoft for Startups Program Support for verification and benefit questions.
