This isn't a question requiring an answer; this post is about a feature idea I came up with. I’m posting this here because I previously submitted it to the Microsoft Rewards support page, but they simply replied that the "item is currently unavailable" without further explanation, which I found quite disappointing

Hello Microsoft Rewards Team,

I would like to suggest adding a remaining stock or inventory count indicator for items on the redemption page, such as Robux and various gift cards.

Currently, items frequently run out of stock unexpectedly without any advance notice. When this happens, users spend days or even weeks accumulating points for a specific reward, only to find it unavailable at the last moment. This forces users into a frustrating cycle of waiting blindly without knowing when or if the item will be restocked.

Implementing a simple stock status or inventory counter directly on the redemption page would greatly improve the user experience, help users plan their redemptions better, and reduce support inquiries related to stock issues. Thank you for your time and for maintaining such a great rewards program!
Thanks!

Hello Salty

Thank you for sharing your idea and suggestion with the community.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on how Bing Rewards could be improved. Suggestions like yours help Microsoft better understand what users would like to see in future updates.

As community moderators, we do not have access to the Bing Rewards backend systems, nor do we have the ability to make product design changes or submit requests directly to the engineering team on a user's behalf.

To ensure your suggestion reaches the appropriate product team, we recommend submitting your feedback through the Feedback Hub. The Feedback Hub is the official channel used by Microsoft teams to review customer suggestions, feature requests, and product improvement ideas.

You can submit feedback by opening Feedback Hub on your Windows device, selecting Suggest a feature, and providing the details of your idea. The more information you can share, the more helpful it will be for the product team when reviewing your feedback.

Thank you again for helping improve the Microsoft experience.
