Try these steps in order:
- Open Clipchamp in the desktop app instead of the browser
- On Windows 11, launch Clipchamp from the taskbar search or All Apps.
- If it is not installed, install it from the Microsoft Store.

- If using Clipchamp in a browser, use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Update the browser to the latest version.
- Update Windows to the latest version.

- Open Clipchamp in Edge.
- Click Added security or the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
- Find Tracking prevention for this site and turn it off.
- Reload the page.
- If needed, add the site to Edge’s allow list at
edge://settings/privacy/trackingPreventionExceptions.
- If using Brave, allow fingerprinting temporarily

%localappdata%\Packages\Clipchamp.Clipchamp_yxz26nhyzhsrt\ - Clear the contents of these folders:
-
AC -

The code 0x800b0001 is also shown in one Windows 7 installer case tied to update-signature validation, but the available Clipchamp guidance here does not provide a Windows 11-specific fix for that code itself. The supported Clipchamp actions are the app update/reinstall, browser update, Edge protection changes, and clearing the Clipchamp local cache.
