Unable to reload email address and prompt App password needed

Hi

Am using home outlook 2024.

Domain and host migrated from exabyte to vodien shown successful.

when i remove my emails address and try reloading in again after the migration to my outlook home it always prompt app password needed Vodien staff has tried helping to load my business email using teamviewer the attempt shown the same

    Hi there! Based on the screenshot you've provided, the interface of it looks like the new Outlook app instead of an Outlook 2024 or Outlook classic app.

    Just to confirm, when you said Vodien staff tried to configure the account. Did they try to configure it as an Exchange account settings or is it an IMAP settings?

    I would suggest to have them try Advanced Setup instead of the automatic setup. Choose IMAP and enter the incoming/outgoing mail server settings provided by Vodien. More details on how you can setup account in the Outlook app can also be found here on the Microsoft page for reference:

    Also check whether Vodien has enabled or requires 2-step verification/app passwords for your mailbox.

    Vodien configure as IMAP setting and had tried Advance setup many ways using IMAP on the incoming / outgoing mail server but only ended to see APP password needed. Vodien has shared they do not require 2-step verification/ app passwords buy only my email address and password will do.

    On vodien control panel web, I am able to read/send my email.
