I already spent like 500 bucks on my laptop can you please not make us pay for basic things like writing an essay or doing a PP presentation

    Office is not included as part of the Windows licence, unless the PC manufacturer included an OEM version of Office on the PC.

    To use the Office apps, you can either purchase a one-time payment version of Office 2024, or a subscription to the Microsoft 365 version of Office.

    Otherwise, you can use the free version of the Office apps in a web browser, however, those online versions of the Office apps do not have the full functionality the locally installed apps contain.
