    Hi Dharmesh Patel,

I understand how disruptive it can be when unwanted group entries and spam messages continue to return over an extended period.

For the Go to Groups issue, please first confirm whether you are an owner of the affected group. Only a group owner can remove members. If you are a group owner:

    • Open Outlook.com and select Go to Groups.
    • Select the affected group.
    • Select the text showing the number of members under the group name.
    • Locate the member and select Remove from group, then confirm the removal.

If the removal option is unavailable, please check whether your role is listed as Owner or Member. Also, please clarify whether you are trying to remove individual members, leave the group yourself, or delete the entire group. For the recurring spam messages:

    • Select an unwanted message and choose Report > Report junk.
    • If the message contains suspicious links, attachments, or requests for personal information, choose Report phishing instead.
    • Open Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    • Under Blocked senders and domains, add the sender’s email address or domain and save the change.

If the messages continue, compare the full sender addresses to determine whether each message is coming from a different address.

Please also provide the following details:

    • The browser and operating system you are using.
    • Whether you are an owner or member of the affected group.
    • The exact error message displayed when you try to remove a member.
    • Whether the spam messages come from the same email address each time.
    • Whether the same behavior occurs in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window.

Please remove or cover any email addresses and other personal information before sharing screenshots publicly and please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors do not have access to your account or Microsoft internal systems.

These details will help narrow down whether the group issue is related to permissions, the browser session, or a specific group configuration. Thank you so much for your understanding.
