I am locked out of my Microsoft Entra/Azure tenant because of a broken MFA registration. Azure Portal fails with AADSTS500121 and Microsoft Authenticator reports that it cannot find the account to complete MFA. I cannot access My Security Info to re-register MFA. I can successfully authenticate to the same tenant using Azure CLI/device-code authentication. Please help!
