Potential KB5122878 update bug

Long story short, on my Windows 10 machine, since I'm still on the security extension, I had a rather troublesome issue I've been investigating since yesterday after installing the latest updates. I have a USB audio device I've used for many years suddenly failed to be recognized properly in the system, so it would be virtually broken and unusable. The symptom of that I've observed is that some generic components or driver dependents have failed to start and/or needs reconfiguration, and I had no way of fixing this that I could think of unless I work around this with a convoluted setup.

After doing the whole dance with the device itself to no avail, and then some research of a very similar problem, I reached the solution by ultimately removing the security update, KB5122878. Apparently a part of the recent cumulative update pushed to my system. With that removed, the device is fine and operates normally as it had always been, so I'm already past this stage of figuring things out, However, I still would need a realistic remedy to use the update, such as a hotfix, which needs to be pushed somehow. If there is a place to directly report this bug with more details, I'd love to know to get that ball rolling.
