Based on the situation you described, it appears that Windows failed to boot and is stuck on the Automatic Repair screen.
You are currently being asked to enter the administrator password for the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE). This is usually the password you used during the initial Windows setup, not your latest Microsoft account password. Try entering any previous Microsoft account passwords you remember to see whether you can access the recovery options. If you cannot determine the correct password, follow the steps below.
- Using a working PC, create Windows 10 bootable USB installation media.
- Then, use the USB installation media to repair Windows.
When you access WinRE by booting from the USB installation media, you should not be asked to enter the administrator password. You can create the bootable USB drive using the Media Creation Tool (MCT), which you can download from the official Microsoft website here:

Once the USB drive is ready, plug it into the problematic PC and boot from it.
Follow the on-screen prompts, and on the screen where you see 'Install Windows', select the Repair Your Computer option to boot your PC into WinRE.
From WinRE, you can try System Restore, Startup Repair method or run a system recovery without affecting your Personal files.
