Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I recently joined Microsoft for Startups and received the initial $200 Azure credits.
My subscription reports Foundry quota tier Free Tier, and both gpt-5.6-luna and gpt-5.6-terra show 0/0 TPM for Global Standard, EU Data Zone and US Data Zone. I tested multiple regions and Instant Access, with the same result. Quota increase requests were rejected.
I am using the new Microsoft for Startups Preview experience. The documented Your Microsoft Team → Get program support option is not available in my portal.
I also attempted to create an Azure Support case through the Support API, but it returns InvalidSupportPlan.
Could a Microsoft moderator please escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support and confirm whether the initial $200 Startup subscription is eligible for any GPT-5.6 Luna/Terra quota, or whether business verification / a quota-tier upgrade is required first?
I only need a small development quota.
Additional issue with the business verification flow: I also tried to complete the Microsoft for Startups business verification for my French sole proprietorship.
The available ID types are Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number, Business Identification Number, and European Identification Number.
For a French sole proprietorship, the official business identifier is the 9-digit SIREN, so I selected Business Identification Number. However, the form requires exactly 21 alphanumeric characters, making it impossible to enter a valid French SIREN.
My company is properly registered in the French RNE and I can provide the official registration document privately.
Could you please confirm which identifier Microsoft expects for a French sole proprietor and, if Business Identification Number is correct, help bypass or correct the 21-character validation rule?
