Sorry to hear that you are having trouble remembering the email address of your other Outlook/Microsoft account. If the username recovery page is only showing you a masked hint and you still cannot recognize the address, unfortunately there is no way to reveal the complete email address from that hint for security reasons.

Please check whether the missing account may still be signed in somewhere:

    • On a Windows PC you previously used, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts and check the accounts listed there.
    • Open Word, Excel, or another Microsoft 365 application and go to File > Account to see whether the email address is shown there.
    • Check Outlook on any phone, tablet, or computer where you may previously have added the account.
    • If you used the account with Xbox, OneDrive, Skype, Microsoft Store, or another Microsoft service, check whether you are still signed in there.
    • Search your other email accounts for old messages, purchase receipts, security notifications, or Microsoft subscription emails that may mention the missing account.

If you have a phone number or alternate email address registered as security information for the missing account, you can also use Microsoft's Forgotten username recovery option again. After verifying the security code.

Please do not post the actual email address, phone number, recovery address, or any verification codes here.
