Buenas tardes,

Ya logré ubicar mi certificación histórica (Exam 70-315) en mi transcript, pero necestio actualizar mi nombre legal completo para que coincida con mis documentos oficiales de Mexico (mis dos nombres y mis dos apellidos). Sin embargo al intentar guardar los cambios, el sistema me exige a contactar a soporte, y al hacer clic en el enlace de ayuda me redirige al "Microsoft Engage Center" mostrando un error de permisos ("you dont have permissions to any workspace"). Necesito asistencia manual de una agente para actualizar mi nombre legal en mi perfil
