Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Jean,
Good day. The problem is general. Let's check first whether Outlook is showing any delivery error or bounce-back message. An email can appear in Sent even when the recipient's mail server later rejects or blocks it.
- Send a short test email to a different email address, if possible. You can create a new email for testing.
- Check the recipient to check its Junk or Spam folder and any blocked-sender settings.
- In Outlook, check your Inbox for a message such as "Delivery has failed", "Undeliverable", or "Mail Delivery Subsystem." If you find one, the error message usually tells us what is preventing delivery.
- If there is no bounce-back and the test email also isn't received, try sending the same message from Outlook on the web. This helps determine whether the issue is with the Outlook app or with the account itself.
If the message sends successfully from Outlook on the web but not from the Outlook app, we can focus on the Outlook application. If it fails from both, the account or recipient's mail server may need to be checked.
Regards,
Jhun
