I cannot transfer emails between my 2 outlook accounts in the new outlook.

I have been told there is a procedure for this. Please send me the procedure.

Thank you

    Hi Dave,

Good day. New Outlook can have both accounts added, and Microsoft now supports moving emails between personal accounts. First, make sure both email accounts are added to the same New Outlook app:

    1. Open New Outlook and go to View > View settings.
    2. Select Accounts > Your accounts.
    3. Under Email accounts, select Add Account and sign in to your second account.
    4. Return to your mailbox. You should now see both accounts in the folder pane.

    To transfer an email:

    1. Open the folder containing the email you want to move.
    2. Select the email.
    3. Drag it to the destination folder under your other account.
    4. Release the mouse button when the destination folder is highlighted.
    5. You can also select the email, choose move from the ribbon, and then select the destination folder. Microsoft documents this as supported in New Outlook.

Incase you don't see the second account or the other account's folders when trying to move a message, that usually means the account hasn't been added correctly or the move option isn't available for that particular account type.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun
