- In Power Automate, select Create.
- Choose Automated flow for event-based email sending, or Scheduled cloud flow for recurring reminders.
- Add the Excel step if needed, such as Excel Online (Business) – Run script.
- Add Office 365 Outlook – Send an email (V2).
- Save the flow.
If a connection is missing:
- Sign in to Power Automate.
- Go to Data > Connections.
- Select New connection.
- Choose the connector, such as Excel, OneDrive for Business, or Microsoft 365 Outlook.
- Sign in to complete the connection.
All flows created from Excel are created in the default environment.
