I can't play a game through the microsoft store that I own

Recently I wanted to play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, so I installed it and it showed me this error: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is currently not available on your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. If you need it, the error code is 0x803F8001.

I am 100% certain that I am logged into the right account that owns the game.

If it matters I got the microsoft store edition of GTA: San Andreas in 2016.
