Consistent BSOD VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL when laptop is plugged in.

As stated, my laptop has a BSOD consistently within ~10 minutes of use as long as it is actively plugged into the charger provided with the laptop. The error is always VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL with a number code next to it that I can't read as it restarts too quickly, sorry. I have tried updating my display drivers with control panel to no avail (Get message "The best drivers for your device are already installed"). Are there any other options I can take aside from getting a fresh windows install?

VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL bug check 0x0000010E means the video memory manager hit a condition it could not recover from. This is usually caused by a video driver behaving improperly.

Since Device Manager says the best driver is already installed, the next practical steps are:

    1. Install the latest display driver through Windows Update rather than relying only on Device Manager.
      • The documented resolution for this bug check is to check Windows Update for an updated video driver.
    2. Replace the current graphics driver with the laptop manufacturer’s recommended graphics driver for the Yoga Slim 7 Ultra 14IPH11.
      • Similar cases for VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL point to the graphics driver as the cause.
      • A clean reinstall of the graphics driver is the main next step before considering a full Windows reinstall.
    3. If the crash happens only while plugged in, use Safe Mode to help isolate whether the normal graphics driver stack is the trigger.
      • Go to Settings > Update and Security > Recovery > Advanced startup.
      • Then select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
      • After restart, choose option 4, 5, or 6 for Safe Mode.
      • If the system is stable there, that supports a driver-related cause.
    4. Run Windows Memory Diagnostics.
      • In Control Panel search, enter Memory.
      • Select Diagnose your computer’s memory problems.
      • After the test, open Event Viewer and check the System log for MemoryDiagnostics-Results.
    5. Check Event Viewer > System for additional errors around the crash time.
      • This can help identify whether the graphics driver or another component is being flagged.
    6. If available from the laptop manufacturer, run the system’s hardware diagnostics.
      • The documented troubleshooting guidance for graphics-related bug checks includes checking for hardware issues, memory issues, compatibility problems, cooling, and power-related problems.

A fresh Windows install is not the only remaining option. Based on the documented guidance, the strongest next action is a clean reinstall of the graphics driver using the OEM-recommended version, then testing again while plugged in.
