I always buy gift cards for xbox at dollar tree and digits were missing i went back asked for a refund for the digits missing or a new gift card they said they cannot with third party gift cards then i called xbox support they said its an issue for microsoft to issue me a new gift cards with evidence of purchase which i have can i please have a call requested ? or answer

Since you have proof of purchase and Xbox Support has already advised that the issue needs to be reviewed by Microsoft, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly and providing any evidence you have available, such as your receipt, photos of the gift card and details about the missing digits. Their support team is best placed to review the card's status and determine whether any further assistance or replacement options are available.

To contact Microsoft Support:

Go to the Microsoft Support contact page and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Type "Live Support" and select Get help.
Scroll down and select Contact support.
Under Products and services, choose Other Products.
Under Category, select Billing and Account Profile questions, then select Confirm.
Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
