Are you seeing the Bing tool on the desktop or as part of Edge browser?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.
You can try going to Settings>Storage and see if it's listed there for removal. Otherwise, you could download and use Chrome as your default browser.
Hi Karen,
In Edge, go to Settings, click on
Privacy & Seach, go all the way down
and click Address bar and Search arrow.
Then you can choose your default Search.
