I tried to use Windows with Parallels on my Mac and it is freezing my computer. I would like a refund.

    If you bought Windows 11 license in Microsoft Store, see a procedure described at https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/get-a-refund-for-apps-and-games-purchased-from-microsoft-store-81629012-aa4f-f48b-2394-8596f415072b

    If you bought the license in some third-party Store, ask seller for refund.
