I have a Comcast email account that was moved to Yahoo. I am unable to log into Outlook to delete my email account and add it back to get the new settings. How do I get into Outlook to do this?

Do I need to create an outlook.com account first. and then go in to delete/add the comast account?

Thanks for any help!!

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Explain what happens when you try to "get into" new Outlook? Do you get an error message? If so, include it here exactly as it appears on your screen. Details matter. Please describe the symptoms fully.
