Hi There,

I'm having a deliverability issue sending from my Outlook.com account to Gmail. Messages are successfully delivered to Gmail but are consistently being placed in the Gmail Spam folder.

The message passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication at Gmail, and Microsoft's headers show BCL:0.

Could you please check whether there are any restrictions, reputation issues, abuse flags, or other problems associated with my Outlook.com sending account.

In this situation, the fact that Gmail subsequently places the messages in the Spam folder is generally a filtering decision made on Google's side. As a first test, please try the following:

    1. Send a simple plain-text message without links, images, attachments, or a signature to the affected Gmail address.
    2. In Gmail, open the message from the Spam folder and check whether Gmail displays a reason for why it was classified as spam.
    3. Mark the message as Not spam and add the Outlook.com address to the Gmail recipient's contacts.
    4. If possible, send test messages to two or three unrelated Gmail accounts.

If the issue occurs only with one Gmail account, points to recipient-specific Gmail filtering. BCL:0 does not control how Gmail classifies an incoming message.
