Xbox One drive not working

Every time I try to play a disc, like a dvd or Blu-ray, I get the error message “We’re having trouble reading this. Make sure it’s a Blu-ray or dvd. If it’s a game, launch it from your games & apps instead. (0x91d70000)”. This is extremely frustrating because it is a blu-ray or dvd. It’s just not reading it correctly.
