Skype credit refund

I am an EU customer and I have an unused Skype Credit balance remaining on my account. Since Skype has been retired, I would like to request a refund of the unused balance. Please process the refund to the original payment method, or advise me of the available refund procedure if that payment method is no longer available.

    Unfortunately, unused Skype credit cannot be refunded. You can still use the available credit to make phone calls from the Skype Dial Pad site.

    Just be sure to login to this site with exactly the same account as you have used with Skype.
