Microsoft for Startups verification failed – Get Program Support option also missing

I am enrolled in Microsoft for Startups and currently have the $200 Azure credit offer.

I completed business verification to unlock the next credit milestone, but the portal now displays: “We couldn’t verify your startup.”

No reason for the rejection is provided, and there is no option to upload supporting documentation or request another review. My Microsoft for Startups page also does not contain the documented Your Microsoft Team → Get program support option, and standard Azure Help + Support lacks the startup selector menu.

My startup is a registered Indian proprietorship in India. I have an official Government of India GST Registration Certificate (Form REG-06) and a supporting UDYAM registration documentation.

Could a Microsoft moderator please help escalate this to Microsoft for Startups Program Support / Verification for manual review and advise how I can securely provide my business documents?

I can provide my Azure subscription ID, account information, and screenshots privately if required.
