The verified Bing Places listing has already been updated several times to the correct business name “mundum Zahnarztpraxis”. However, Bing Maps still displays the historical name “Zahnarztpraxis Doktor Eric Liermann”.

Please manually review the Bing Maps entity and merge/update the historical listing with our verified Bing Places listing.

Correct business name: mundum Zahnarztpraxis Address: Hohenstaufenring 29–37, 50674 Köln, Germany Website: https://mund-um.de/ Phone: 0221 16806211

The Bing Places dashboard already contains the correct business information. The public Bing Maps result is not reflecting these changes.

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

Since your Bing Places listing already contains the correct information but Bing Maps is still showing the old business name, I recommend reporting the issue through the official Bing support options here:

Use Bing Places for Business to manage the listing details, then verify whether the public result is showing the same listing or a stale duplicate.

    1. In Bing Places for Business, confirm the listing status in My Businesses.
      • If the status is Verified, the listing may not yet be fully live.
      • If the status is Published, it should already appear in Bing search.
    2. If the listing is still only Verified, allow propagation time.
      • Listings in that state can take 15–20 days to fully propagate.
    3. Check for a duplicate or older Bing entity being shown publicly.
      • Open the business listing in Bing Places and note the Business ID in the URL.
      • Compare that with the listing shown in Bing search/maps results.
      • If the IDs differ, the public result is likely using an older or duplicate listing instead of the verified one.
    4. If the listing has been Published for longer than the propagation window, escalate through Bing support.

For listing edits and updates, Bing’s supported path is Bing Places for Business to claim or update the business listing.
