I am a lower income, disabled, senior, former college graduate, and my present computer was a gift from my now deceased veteran brother. It used to be considered Bad Form, i.e.; disrespectful, impertenent, unethical to: a) create obsolesance like you have, in your refusing to serve me/my 32 bit Windows 7 laptop, trying to Force upgrades that someone might not have been thought desireable or necessary and now cost money, and b) impose your options, (optional updates etc.) that may negatively affect format, making changes NOT desired,.."from 2016 onwards we do the search and automatically everything that Microsoft decides to install is installed" Just what I/many would hope to AVOID, ******@hotmail.com
