How to redeem points on mobile

Whenever I attempt to set anything in Bing Rewards to auto-redeem or to actually redeem it, it asks me to download the app, the literal website link asks you to download the app or send you back to the same Microsoft Rewards dashboard screen in my Bing app. I have tried a different browser, different device, different networks, turned off every single possible thing you have said could interfere with it sending a verification code but none of it works.

What I am asking is how a you fix this and ensure there is a legitimate place to even type in the code of letters given or that the QR code is functional. I have been trying for a straight week.

    Hello,

    Instead of just scanning the QR code normally, use the app's Visual Search/camera feature to scan it. That will bring up the page where you can verify it.

    That is, open the Bing app on your Mobile device.

    On the Home page, click the Camera icon on the search bar, make sure it is set to Visual Search at the bottom, and point it towards the QR code.
