Please investigate whether the contents can be recovered server-side, including from Recoverable Items, mailbox retention, backups, or any other recovery mechanism available to Microsoft.

I have already checked Deleted Items and “Recover items deleted from this folder,” but the missing emails are not there.
If you have already use Outlook Web ( https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ ) to confirm that the emails are missing, no matter where you look, then I am sorry, but there is no other way to recover them. Microsoft does not keep backups of mail accounts. What you see in Outlook Web is what is stored on the mail servers and there is no other source.
I realize this is closing the barn door after the horse has bolted - But you might want to look at a mail archiver that pulls down a copy of all of your mail and stores it on your PC. Try a search for Free Outlook email archive programs
