Hi Hector Torres Medina
Copilot availability in OneNote depends not only on having an active Microsoft 365 subscription, but also on the specific Copilot license assigned to the account. Copilot in OneNote for Mac is currently supported for customers with a Microsoft 365 Copilot work or organizational license. If you are using a personal Microsoft 365 subscription, Copilot for OneNote may only be available on Windows.
For more information, please refer to the following link: Welcome to Copilot in OneNote
If you are using a work or school account with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, please check the following additional settings:
- Open Word for Mac.
- Select Word > Preferences > Privacy.
- Make sure Experiences that analyze your content and All connected experiences are enabled.
- Refresh the Office license, then completely close and reopen all Microsoft 365 applications.

Please note that privacy settings, the assigned license, the Microsoft 365 Apps version, and organizational policies can affect Copilot availability.
If your account is managed by an organization, I also recommend asking your Microsoft 365 administrator to verify your Copilot license assignment, organizational policies, and the Service health section of the Microsoft 365 admin center.
I hope the information I shared earlier was somewhat helpful in addressing your issue. If you have any further questions or updates, please don’t hesitate to share.
Kind regards,
